[proposal] add street names

proposal: add street names and house numbers.
to make it easier for people to get around, and in the future create a city map, street names and numbering is something i feel is a good idea.

I agree. I hear from countless visitors and residents that getting lost in Beacon is a way of life. Sometimes even I get turned around. Do we have a volunteer who would attempt this undertaking?

what would this job exacly undertake?

I have taken it on myself, and have placed a few easy to follow signs in phase 2 so far.
